The Role

We are recruiting a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for a large, established UK consumer business, supporting an operational estate of multiple locations.

Working closely with senior operational stakeholders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge costs and help drive commercial performance across a varied, fast-paced business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales, costs and profitability across a large amount of locations.
• Partner with senior operational managers, providing financial insight and commercial challenge.
• Produce weekly sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Monitor expenditure and identify opportunities for cost control.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models to assess new initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support wider finance projects and business initiatives.

Role Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, part-qualified or actively studying.
• Experience in commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, with experience challenging and influencing stakeholders.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working collaboratively across different business areas.
